Reference to the previous disclosure made on 31 December 2014, the Board of Directors of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Co. SAOG has resolved in its meeting held on 29 July 2015 to nominate Mr. Mohammed Fareed Hussain Al-Darwish to the position of the Managing Director with effect from 29 July 2015.
